The Crystal Lotus Flow Star, also known as a Dapo Star, features a symmetrical geometric design inspired by the layered structure of a lotus flower. Emerald green and blue lines radiate outward from the center, creating an intricate web-like pattern that shifts and overlaps as the star moves through spins and tosses.
At approximately 26.8 inch (68cm) from tip to tip and 12.8 oz (363g), Crystal Lotus has enough structure and weight for controlled spins, tosses, catches, and transitions while remaining flexible and comfortable to handle.
UV-Reactive Design
Crystal Lotus is UV reactive, with its emerald green and blue pattern becoming especially vivid under black light. The darker background creates plenty of contrast for daytime flow as well, giving the geometric design clear definition whether you’re spinning indoors or outside.
Built for Flow
Flow Stars are flat fabric flow props that can be spun, tossed, caught, balanced, and manipulated through a growing range of techniques. Crystal Lotus is suitable for beginners learning the fundamentals as well as experienced flow artists working on more technical combinations.

5-Layer Construction
Our Flow Stars use five layers of fabric to create a structured but flexible prop designed for regular practice and performance:
- 3 Interior Layers: 95% cotton and 5% spandex provide the internal structure and weight that give the star its characteristic feel.
- 2 Exterior Layers: 92% polyester and 8% spandex with a digitally printed design create a smooth, vibrant outer surface.
- Skin-Friendly Outer Fabric: Soft, breathable material makes the star comfortable to handle during longer flow sessions.
- Straight-Stitched Construction: Each star is assembled with straightforward, durable stitching designed for regular use.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold at approximately 86°F (30°C). Lay flat or hang to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid high heat when washing or drying to help preserve the fabric, stitching, and printed design.
Part lotus, part geometric web, and significantly easier to spin than an actual flower. Crystal Lotus is built for anyone who likes their flow a little more symmetrical and a lot more UV reactive.
