Because many flow props are handmade, assembled from multiple components, produced in batches, or sourced from independent manufacturers, minor variations may occur between products. Flow arts, object manipulation, fire performance, and related activities involve inherent risks. Some products sold by Bonobo Flow can cause serious injury, burns, property damage, or other harm if used improperly, inadequately maintained, or used without appropriate training and safety precautions.
Before purchasing or using any product, you are responsible for determining whether it is appropriate for your experience, intended use, and environment.

Purchasing a product from Bonobo Flow does not constitute training or certification in its use.

Flow props and their components are subject to normal wear and may require periodic inspection, maintenance, adjustment, or replacement.

Modification of a product, improper assembly, failure to perform appropriate maintenance, or the use of incompatible or unintended replacement components may affect the safety and performance of the product.
Modifying a Bonobo Flow product or combining it with another manufacturer’s components does not automatically void the applicable Bonobo Flow warranty. Fire props involve additional risks beyond those associated with non-fire flow props.
Fire products should only be used by individuals who understand and accept the risks involved and who have appropriate training, safety procedures, safety equipment, and a suitable environment.
Activities including fire eating and fire breathing involve particularly serious risks and should not be attempted based solely on information obtained from Bonobo Flow or from purchasing equipment from us.

Bonobo Flow sells both Bonobo Flow branded products and products manufactured by independent third parties.
Third-party products may be subject to different warranty terms, maintenance requirements, specifications, and manufacturer instructions. Unless otherwise stated, Bonobo Flow does not manufacture third-party products and does not control changes made to those products by their manufacturers.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, customized or specially modified made-to-order products, and related requirements are governed by our Warranty and Policies page.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Bonobo Flow branded products and products manufactured by third parties may be subject to different warranty coverage.

Shipping, processing times, delivery, address responsibilities, carrier adjustments, lost or missing packages, returned packages, and international shipments are governed by the current shipping terms provided on our Warranty and Policies page.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues, holidays, security inspections, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported, possessed, transported, and used in their destination country or jurisdiction.
