EPDM rubber grip is a durable, padded staff grip that has become a favorite among flow artists who train in less-than-perfect conditions. It performs exceptionally well in sweat, humidity, and dusty environments, maintaining traction where many other grips begin to struggle.
Compared to silicone, EPDM generally retains grip better when moisture is present. Compared to F-Grip, it offers greater longevity but slightly less overall grip. It also happens to be the lightest of our grip options, making it a popular choice for spinners who want durability without adding unnecessary weight to their staff.
One of the unique characteristics of EPDM is that it develops over time. It has a break-in period when new, but many users find that it becomes more comfortable and grippier with regular use.

Additional Information
- Silicone tape is recommended for sealing the ends after installation.

- Apply double-sided tape along the section of the staff you wish to grip.
